Counselling how it can help
Experience has shown me that there are many reasons why people come to counselling - sometimes it is a specific issue which a person wants to address, sometime a negative event has had an impact on a person's life and sometimes people simply want to take a closer look at themselves. You don't need to have a specific 'thing' to choose Counselling.
I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy however am trained as an integrative Counsellor so use all or any approaches as suited to the client and need. The list below details some of the things I have particular experience in however it is not exhaustive so whatever your issues are reach out and I will be able to tell you if it is something I can assist with.
