Training, qualifications and experience
My training took place at City Literary Institute in Central London over a five year period resulting in a Level 4 Diploma in Person Centered Counselling – a professional practitioner qualification.
I have also undertaken additional training specific to Bereavement for adults and Attachment Theory.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
I have experience of working in Pastoral Care over the past 20 years and more recently have worked with adults of all ages who have been bereaved through illness and suicide.
During recent years I have developed an interest in working with those impacted by Dementia.
